Hawk Nelson is my friend!

So... this CD came out April 4 and I got it for my Birthday. This is completely an amazing album. With the hit single "Friend Like That" Hawk Nelson brings in the signature sound that we all have come to know and love from them. With some new songs that give a new edge to the album like "Turn it On" and "You Have What I Need" and some songs are completely different like "Let's Dance" which gives a "big brother is watching" kinda feel to today's ever changing culture
And "Ancient History" which is kinda hard to tell the meaning of  but is VERY catchy.

Altogether, this has become my new favorite album 4.5 stars

Horton Hears a Who

Okay. I think that Horton Hears a Who was a pretty good movie. You could tell it was designed for the ages 3 to 10. It had its funny moments, its serious moments, its "scary" [to a 3-8 year old] moments, its happy moments, and for us [My friend and I that went to see it,] it had some boring moments. Basically this elephant, Horton, is a teacher for these kids and theres this really strict leader of the jungle they live in. Horton Hears a voice from a speck of dust, so he catches the dust on a flower. Everyone thinks he is crazy. My personal favorite character was the son of the Who Mayor. He may seem like an inimportant character in the beginning, but just wait.

I would give this movie a 3.5 out of 5.
